Khachapuri, perhaps it is difficult to pronounce for the newcomers, yet almost everyone knows it and loves it. It is popular Georgian cheese bread or cheese pie that varies from one region to another. Here we offer a rather modern version of khachapuri pie with puff pastry and dill, known as penovani khachapuri in Georgian. Such khachapuri can be found almost at any turn and shop, yet it is always better to prepare it for yourself.
