Georgian Salad With Hazelnut Sauce

Tomato and cucumber salad with hazelnut sauce is very tasty, easy and healthy dish.


  • 2 tomato
  • 2 cucumber
  • 50 g hazelnut, minced
  • 0.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp dry marigold, ground
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 tsp hot green pepper, chopped
  • salt to taste


  1. Cut tomato and cucumber and place them in a large bowl. Place hazelnut, cilantro, green pepper, salt, vinegar, marigold and garlic in a blender. Add 1-2 tbsp of cold water and blend well until combined. Add the hazelnut sauce to the cut vegetables and stir carefully. serve immediately.
